The Commentator: Volume 58 - 10 March 2005

Welcome to the first edition of The Commentator for 2005 and the new changes to the structure and publication of Australasia’s only true specialised sports law journal (hard or electronic).

As readers will notice, there are now in place Author Guidelines which detail the new Editorial Policy of The Commentator and which set out the guidelines for publication which are hoped will more easily assist contributors, (existing and new) in the completion and submission of articles for publication. The Guidelines are also accompanied by an Author Submission form, which is to be forwarded with all articles submitted for publication.
