In the second article, Emma Page, a lawyer in the Brisbane office of Minter Ellison delves into the history of elite international sport trying to make a fit for intersex and transgender athletes in the binary nature of those sports.
In his President’s column, Martin Ross farewells and thanks outgoing President Venetia Bennett and outgoing Board Member Paul David QC as they step down from those roles. . He also reviews the recent ANZSLA conference on the Gold Coast and looks forward to events in 2019.
In my editorial I talk about the unrealistic expectations and opinions of some parents on their children’s ability in junior sports.
