An ANZSLA webinar discussing the current human rights related challenges facing sport in Australia and New Zealand with expert panel members Nikki Dryden (Human Rights & Sport Lawyer, Advisor, Researcher, Olympic Swimmer, Fulbright Scholar, Safeguarding Officer), Kristen Hilton (AFLPA Board member, former Victorian Human Rights & Equal Opportunity Commissioner) and Steph Bond (NZ Athletes Federation, Executive Manager, NZ Netball Players' Association). The panel discuss current issues including sport’s human rights crisis and global developments; the human rights responsibilities of sports bodies under the UNGPs; human rights challenges in Australia; and the major review in New Zealand.
