Join expert guest speakers, Douglas Robinson (Deputy Chairman, ARF Council); James Porteous (Head of Research, ARF Council); and Tom Chignell (Member, ARF Council) as they give an overview of the work of the Asian Racing Federation Council on Anti-Illegal Betting and Related Financial Crime (ARF Council), and explain why illegal betting is an issue for regulators of racing and other sports.
