YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

Working from our North Sydney office on the 34th floor with amazing views of the Sydney harbour, the primary purpose of this role is to to assist the General Counsel in:  

• preparing effective legal documentation to achieve the commercial objectives of Supercars; 
• providing internal stakeholders with timely, commercial legal advice;  
• protecting Supercars intellectual property; 
• pursuing the debts of Supercars; and 
• managing and mitigating key risks and legal threats to the business. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract preparation: drafting key contracts including with corporate sponsors, event suppliers and support categories  
• Disputes: managing debt collection and small personal injury claims
• Intellectual property: management of intellectual property across Australia and pursuing infringements 
• Administration: documentation management and assisting internal stakeholders to ensure we meet our contractual commitments and hold external stakeholders to theirs
