ANZSLA Sports Short Webinar: LIV Golf Appeal Decision

ANZSLA invites you to attend a special short webinar presented by Venetia Bennett (ANZSLA Life Member; Barrister) on the LIV Golf Appeal decision.

On 3 April 2023, a panel of 3 arbitrators at Sport Resolutions UK released their much-anticipated decision in an appeal by a number of golfers who had played in LIV Golf events without authorisation from the PGA European Tour (the DP World Tour). This brief webinar provides an oral case note for members, and will summarise the key issues at play in the proceeding, the arbitrators' decision, and the implications for participants in LIV Golf events and PGA tours.
